The hotel is quite well located in this compact resort, though the walk up to it, a shallow gradient, can be more tiring than it looks. The hotel itself has smallish rooms, with good bathrooms restocked with towels daily. Wide window ledges make an excellent "god's Fridge", to keep bargain supermarket beer cold, even though the hotel bar serves good beer cheaper than anywhere else (3 / pint). the bar often screens an up to date film in the evening, though i found the start times fairly random.
Ski lockers provided in the basement are accessible by lift only, giving a good measure of additional security. Overall, a good value budget hotel, but you may find the rooms too cosy.
Besides the adequate breakfasts, i only ate once in the hotel - a really horrible frozen pizza with finely sliced fried potato (Allegedly chips) with far too much salt (Already added).
During the bar happy hour (5-7pm), quite loud music (garage, etc) is sometimes played; my room was directly above the bar. If like me, you like to recuperate for a couple of hours before going out, you might have to take earplugs. Happily, the bar is quieter after 10pm but stays open or closes according to demand.
