The “Hotel Monastery” is a romantic and cosy hotel with an unique and unforgettable view over the "Prague Castle", "Lesser Side" and the Old Town embroidered by the “Vltava river”. The hotel is located directly in the city centre in the peaceful garden of the “Strahov Monastery” (national historic landmark, founded in 1142) very close to the "Castle of Prague". The hotel is situated in a central location with good transport links to all important sights (the closest station is to be reached within five minutes of walking). During spring and summertime, our guests get to sit outside on our panoramic terrace and relax while enjoying refreshments.
Our modern and carefully designed rooms feature en-suite facilities (shower or bath-tub, WC), satellite LCD television, telephone, minibar, tea and coffee making facilities, room-safe and hair-dryer.
Our reception offers beverages, elementary toiletries, exchange services, transportation services, sightseeing tours and excursions, laundry and other services. In the mornings, a rich breakfast buffet including hot and cold dishes is served. Parking spaces are available close-by, free internet access is provided in the lobby.
