The hotel has been realized in a building that in 1565 hosted the Accademia dei Filotimi, the academy of honour lovers. Today, it is a historic and elegant hotel along Via Mazzini, the central shopping boulevard in the heart of the old town, which connects Piazza Bra (Arena di Verona) to Piazza delle Erbe.
