Sol II is a cozy apartment renovated in 2004 and is located in a typical old building in the neighborhood of Gracia, which still retains some of its characteristic details.

The apartment is located ten minutes from the city center and Paseo de Gracia, the most elegant avenue in Barcelona where there are two of Gaudi's most important buildings: La Pedrera and Casa Batlló. In few minutes on foot you can reach another two Gaudi's works: Sagrada Familia and Parc Güell, where you can enjoy a pleasant day with your family or friends, and contemplate the wonderful views of Barcelona.

The city center is very near and you can enjoy the famous Plaza Catalunya and the Ramblas.
Its location ensures excellent connections to public transport (Metro: Line 3 - Fontana, Line 4 - Joanic) that allow you to move very quickly to the main tourist and cultural Barcelona, as well as get very quickly, in less 30 minutes, to Prat airport.
