In case the reservation is cancelled 48 hours prior the arrival date or sooner, the hotel will give the quantity back to the client; in case of no show or cancellation later than 48 hours prior the arrival date, the hotel will keep the quantity in concept of charges; in case the client shows up, the quantity will be kept as payment for the first night.
